Job summary

CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable service supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will support high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring HIQA compliance.

You will lead staff teams, promote autonomy, and drive person-centred planning within a residential setting, contributing to excellent care and community integration.

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing and supervising staff.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
