Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Account Manager in Ireland to secure fire detection and electronic security installation projects within a defined territory. You will lead the sales cycle, strengthen relationships with regional clients, and coordinate surveys, design work, and bids with support from surveyors, designers, and estimators.

The role requires building strong client relationships across education, healthcare, industrial, and large commercial sectors, plus the use of Salesforce

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account or sales management in a technical environment.
• Experience selling B2B technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional accounts and lead the sales cycle for security projects.
• Conduct building surveys and contribute to system design.
• Develop opportunities and bid on projects using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including estimators and designers.
