Job summary

Planet is seeking a customer service professional to oversee tax-free refund services and first-level support at Shannon Airport, three days per week. You will welcome guests, guide them through procedures, and answer questions to ensure a smooth experience in line with company policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in related industries, are independent, and fluent in English. The role supports a hybrid work model with on-site duties at Shannon Airport.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year working experience in a comparable industry (finance, hospitality, luxury retail).
• Self-reliance, ability to work independently and follow relevant procedures.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with Planet’s standards of excellence
• Provide a warm welcome and guide guests through their visit
• Assist customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and anticipating needs
• Ensure VIP customers receive tailored and outstanding experience
• Resolve conflicts professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction
• Process Planet Tax Free forms in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines
• Provide customers with relevant information and support throughout the refund process

The delivery of tourist tax-free shopping refund services and first level support during transaction processes, providing a consistent and professional level of service in line with company policies and procedures.Role is based at Shannon Airport, spanning 3 days per week
