Job summary

GraftonUK is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer for Dublin, Republic of Ireland. You will work on large pharma/manufacturing sites, installing, servicing and repairing industrial refrigeration systems, with a company vehicle provided.

You’ll need 3+ years post-qualification experience in commercial HVAC/refrigeration, a full driving licence, and the ability to work independently on site while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer/Technician.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience in commercial HVAC/refrigeration.
• Experience on pharma/manufacturing sites.
• Strong diagnostics and problem-solving mindset.
• Full driving licence with company vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good communication and professional, customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnosing faults fast—and fixing them properly (not patching and running).
• Delivering smooth jobs alongside a solid team and professional clients.
• Working safely and compliantly in regulated environments (H&S is non-negotiable).
• Keeping service notes and records clear, accurate and on time.

Salary: EUR60000 - EUR70000 per annum + car

This is hands-on, high-standard work in environments where quality, safety and uptime matter.

The job

You’ll be out on large manufacturing and pharmaceutical sites, taking ownership of:

• Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing industrialrefrigeration systems
