Johnson Controls Ireland is seeking an experienced service engineer to commission, service and troubleshoot industrial water/air cooled chillers and heat pumps. You will lead site surveys, maintain records, and support quotes for replacements, primarily for Leinster's large pharma and life sciences customers.
The role requires F-GAS 2079, ammonia experience, a refrigeration trade qualification or industrial electrician cross-training, Safe Pass and driving licence.
Provide up-to-date site surveys, records, and reports regarding completed works and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment. Carry out commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial water/air cooled chillers and heat pumps.
Serve as the primary contact for all technical service issues, resolving highly complex systems within set timeframes and according to defined processes, service agreements, and customer needs.
Work mainly with the company’s largest customers in the Leinster area, predominantly in the foreign direct investment sector of pharmaceutical, life science, and high‑tech clients.
Maintain safety as a priority, working independently or as part of a team to support its success.
