Qualifications

• Experience in early-sales-cycle roles such as Appointment Setter, Outbound Sales Rep, SDR, BDR, Lead Generator, or similar.
• Comfortable on the phone and confident in client-facing interactions.
• Ambition to close deals, earn high commission, and grow financials quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from first contact to placement, granting you the full commission ownership from every candidate you place.
