Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or related environment.
• Experience with KPI-driven targets and commission-based compensation.
• Strong communication skills and drive to progress.

Responsibilities

• Source healthcare professionals and place them into shifts with clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: sourcing, client coordination and placement delivery.
• Support merit-based progression with clear career path and regular promotions.
