Job summary

Kids Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Recruitment team on a full-time, permanent basis across Ireland.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Early Years and Afterschool roles, partnering with hiring managers and coordinating interviews to deliver a positive candidate experience. Join a supportive nationwide organisation with hybrid working after probation, a focus on development, and a strong commitment to childcare excellence.

Qualifications

  • Prior recruitment, HR, or recruitment coordination experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation is desirable
  • Experience in childcare/education/healthcare recruitment is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment process across Early Years and Afterschool roles
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide support
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple job platforms and sourcing candidates
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Preparing offers and supporting onboarding
  • Processing recruitment documentation per policies and Tusla requirements
  • Maintaining records in ATS and HR systems
  • Producing recruitment reports and monitoring hiring progress
  • Building relationships with candidates, managers and colleagues to promote the Kids Inc. employer brand

With over 25 years of experience in childcare, Kids Inc. is one of Ireland's leading providers of Early Years and Afterschool Care. We operate over 70 onsite Breakfast and Afterschool programmes nationwide, alongside our Creche and Preschool services.

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Recruitment team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the full recruitment process across a variety of Early Years and Afterschool roles
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide hiring support
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple job platforms and proactively sourcing candidates
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Preparing offers of employment and supporting candidates through the onboarding journey
  • Collecting and processing recruitment documentation in line with company policies and Tusla requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems
  • Producing recruitment reports and helping to monitor hiring progress
  • Building positive relationships with candidates, managers, and colleagues while promoting the Kids Inc. employer brand
What We're Looking For
  • Previous recruitment, HR, or recruitment coordination experience (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation is desirable
  • Previous recruitment experience within the childcare, education, or healthcare sector is an advantage
