Job summary

ProFleet Group in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Recruitment Division Manager to take ownership of our growing Recruitment & Labour Solutions Division.

You will lead the division, drive new business, build client partnerships across Ireland, the UK and Europe, and develop pipelines for skilled trades, engineering and technical roles, while managing the internal recruitment team and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager role.
• Track record of winning new clients and generating recruitment revenue.
• Strong business-development and account-management capability.
• Experience managing recruiters and driving performance against KPIs.
• Understanding of charge rates, pay rates, recruitment fees, gross margin and profitability.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience in Engineering, Construction, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Power Generation or Technical Recruitment would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to develop recruitment markets across regions and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ProFleet's Recruitment & Labour Solutions Division.
• Drive new business development and secure new recruitment clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contractors, engineering companies and project stakeholders.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities across Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe.
• Manage recruitment delivery across permanent, contract and project-based placements.
• Develop strong candidate pipelines across skilled trades, engineering, construction management and specialist technical roles.
• Lead, manage and develop the internal recruitment team.
• Establish clear sales, placement and revenue KPIs for the division.
• Take ownership of recruitment rates, margins, commercial performance and profitability.
• Negotiate client rates, recruitment fees and commercial terms.
• Develop preferred-supplier agreements and long-term client partnerships.
• Maintain visibility over live vacancies, candidate pipelines, placements and mobilisation requirements.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting covering sales pipeline, placements, revenue, gross margin and divisional performance.
• Work directly with ProFleet Operations and Commercial teams to forecast upcoming project labour requirements.
• Build scalable recruitment systems and processes capable of supporting significant growth.
• Represent ProFleet at client meetings, industry events and business-development opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Division Manager, Recruitment Business Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant position.
• A demonstrable track record of winning new clients and generating recruitment revenue.
• Strong business-development and account-management capability.
• Experience managing recruiters and driving performance against KPIs.
• Strong understanding of charge rates, pay rates, recruitment fees, gross margin and divisional profitability.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience in Engineering, Construction, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Power Generation or Technical Recruitment would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to develop recruitment markets rather than simply service existing vacancies.
