Job summary

ProFleet Engineering in Cork is seeking a Head of Recruitment to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across Europe and the US, aligning growth with workforce planning and robust hiring processes.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage requisitions, source and screen candidates, drive employer branding, ensure compliance, and mentor the recruitment team in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Experience leading recruitment in engineering, construction, industrial, or project-based environments.
• Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across Europe and the US.
• Partner with senior leadership to define role requirements, hiring processes and workforce plans.
• Manage requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews and selection processes.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and optimize recruitment tools/platforms.
• Ensure compliance with local and international employment regulations.
• Mentor recruitment staff and collaborate with HR and hiring managers.
