Qualifications

• 2+ years in management or supervisory roles (Store Manager, Assistant Manager or similar).
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment for client accounts and meet KPI targets.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Own the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
