Job summary

Noel Group is seeking a Recruitment & Sales Manager to lead and grow our Industrial & Logistics recruitment division. The role combines client acquisition, team leadership, and strategic growth across Ireland, with a hybrid Dublin/Cork setup and a strong focus on uncapped monthly commissions.

You will manage a small team of recruiters, own a portfolio of clients, drive revenue and profit, and help shape the future direction of the division.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years recruitment agency experience.
• Experience managing or leading recruitment teams.
• Existing network within Industrial, Logistics or Manufacturing sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Win new Industrial & Logistics clients and grow existing accounts.
• Lead, develop and grow a team of recruitment consultants.

Noel Group is seeking an ambitious Recruitment & Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Industrial & Logistics temp division.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a profitable business unit, manage an established small team, win new clients, and build your own recruitment desk while helping shape the future direction of the division.

You’ll lead a team of recruiters focused on Warehousing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Production and Transport recruitment while developing new business opportunities across Ireland.

What You’ll Do
