Job summary

Murphy Geospatial – A Woolpert Company in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, seeks a diligent Receptionist & Office Administrator on a 12-month maternity cover.

Based in our Kilcullen office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and provide day-to-day admin support. The role requires 2–3 years of reception/office experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent organisation and discretion, and a full Irish/EU driving licence.

Qualifications

• Reception/office admin or customer-facing role; 2–3 years desirable.
• MS Office suite proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Professional and discreet handling of visitors and confidential information.
• Full Irish/EU driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience with AEG desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and manage calls as first point of contact for Kilcullen office.
• Manage mail, deliveries, post, couriers and confidential queries.
• Maintain reception area, meeting rooms and shared spaces.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering and travel.
• Create purchase orders and reconcile company credit card & petty cash.
• Support wider Administration Team and assist with tender documents delivery.
• Travel to Dublin office to assist with meetings and events.
• Assist with staff events and suggest process improvements.
