Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is actively seeking a Receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage registrations and payments, and provide information about local attractions and hotel facilities. You will ensure room key security and maintain accurate guest records in our system.

The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, work independently with initiative, and remain calm under pressure, with experience in 3/4-star hotels considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in 3/4-star hotels is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival.
• Register guests and process payments.
• Provide information about in-house facilities and local attractions.
• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update guest details in the hotel computer system.
• Take and confirm reservations.

Your Job:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Register guests and process their payments.
• Respond to any inquiries guests may have about in-house facilities and local tourist information.
• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update all guest information in the computer system.
