Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to lead and manage the team across our Irish properties. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, monitor safety procedures, and coordinate with maintenance to keep public areas immaculate.

The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience in accommodation, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to support other departments as needed. We offer Dalata Academy training and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel, like the conference room and leisure facilities, clean.
• Work with the Maintenance department to keep hotel standards high.

Your Job
