Job summary

Dublin One Hotel in Dublin is seeking an outgoing receptionist to join our Front Office team on a part-time, variable hours contract. You will be the face of the hotel, greet guests, deliver local insights, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out.

We offer a €14.15 per hour rate, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, plus hotel discounts, training, and opportunities for progression in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

We are looking for an outgoing, passionate Receptionist to join our Front Office team on a part-time variable basis.

About the Role

As our Receptionist, you are the face of Dublin One! You will be the main point of contact for our guests, creating warm first impressions, providing local insights, and delivering a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

What we offer

• Salary: €14.15 per hour
• CONTRACT TYPE & HOURS Permanent,Part-Time, Variable Hours -This is a Part-Time Variable Hours contract. Hospitality is a 7-day-a-week operation, so flexibility across Monday to Sunday is key.

Asa Receptionist, you will provide courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the levels of service to the highest standards at all times.

You will be responsible for greeting guests in a warm, friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face-to-face or over the telephone.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

Responsibilities of a Receptionist will include but are not limited to:

• To be totally guest focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach;
• To gain experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained;
• To promote the company values and behaviours at all times.

The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.

You must have the right to work in Ireland to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
