Dublin One Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will handle general cleaning duties, support pot-washing operations, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.
The role is full-time (40 hours) with a rotating 7-day roster. No prior experience required; opportunity to train and grow within a dynamic, hospitality-focused company known for great staff benefits.

What we offer
Early Mornings: Preparing the kitchen for breakfast service.
Afternoons: Supporting lunch service and kitchen turnover.
Late Evenings: Managing dinner service, deep cleaning, and closing down the kitchen safely.
Your role
You will be a key member of our kitchen team. You will be responsible for general cleaning duties and oversee the operation of pot-washing machinery, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and help deliver an excellent guest experience while ensuring back-of-house areas are clean and Health & Safety guidelines are observed.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
The core skills and experience required to succeed
You must have the right to work in Ireland to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
