Working within the Global Intelligence Operations Center, you will triage alerts, maintain logs, and support continuous coverage across shifts to protect personnel and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, intelligence, emergency management, or related field.
• Ability to review large volumes of information and identify time-sensitive details.
• Clear, concise written communication for incident context.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events using OSINT, media, and social platforms.
• Triages alerts and identifies relevant details affecting employees, facilities, or operations.
• Provide initial situational awareness and context for security incidents.
• Draft and disseminate incident notifications and updates per procedures.
• Maintain heightened monitoring during elevated threat periods and escalate as needed.
• Capture and maintain incident logs to support continuity and after-action reviews.
• Collaborate with ESOC, Corporate Security, and stakeholders for information sharing.
• Support rotational shift coverage to ensure 24/7/365 monitoring.
