Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, OS).
• Experience designing or architecting reliable, scalable systems.
• Hands-on systems engineering across networking, storage, OS.
• Proficiency in one modern language: C++, C#, Java, Python, Go, PowerShell, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of large-scale customer-impacting incidents during on-call rotation.
• Design and enhance incident detection, triage, and automation tools.
• Create COEs and deep-dive docs; drive action items to improve processes and tooling.
• Identify recurring platform issues and own projects to prevent problems.
• Collaborate with global teams to expand incident response across regions.
