Job summary

BCL Legal is recruiting a Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer (Part-time) for a Dublin-based role. The PSL will focus on knowledge governance, precedents, market intelligence, and training across the international Real Estate practice, with flexible hybrid working (3 or 4 days per week).

The successful candidate will be a senior Irish solicitor (7–10 PQE) with strong property expertise, a passion for legal tech/AI, and excellent communications and project management skills to lead

• 7–10 years' PQE in Irish transactional Real Estate.
• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with strong technical capability in commercial property law.
• Genuine interest in legal technology, digital innovation, and knowledge architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain precedents, forms, and transaction documents.
• Deliver monthly internal training and draft external client briefings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex research queries across the property group.
• Drive uptake of digital tools, automation, and AI platforms within the practice area.
• Collaborate with UK and global PSL counterparts to share best practices.

Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) - Part-time
Dublin (Hybrid / Part-time: 3 or 4 days per week)

Are you a senior Real Estate solicitor looking for a move away fee-earning, or an experienced PSL considering a move?

I'm currently handling a hire for an international law firm looking for a dedicated PSL to shape the knowledge, training, and tech strategy for their Dublin Real Estate practice. This is a part-time position (3 or 4 days a week) offering a high level of autonomy, direct connection into a broader international PSL network, and strong flexible working options.

The Role

Rather than managing transactions, you'll be the technical brain behind the department, focusing on precedents, market intelligence, client training, and leveraging modern legal tech/AI to keep the team ahead of the curve.

Key focus areas include:

• Building, updating, and streamlining standard forms, practice notes, and transaction process documents.
• Tracking legislative and commercial real estate changes, delivering monthly internal training, and drafting external client briefings.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for complex research queries across the property group.
• Driving the uptake of digital tools, automation, and AI platforms within the practice area.
• Working closely with UK and global PSL counterparts to share best practice and cross-border insights.

What they're looking for

• Circa 7-10 years' PQE in Irish transactional Real Estate (either coming directly from a senior fee-earning position or an established PSL background).
• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with strong technical capability in commercial property law.
