Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland Ireland is seeking an experienced Real Estate PSL to support knowledge initiatives within our Dublin Real Estate Practice Group. The role focuses on maintaining precedents, training materials, and client-focused know-how, working closely with fee earners and the UK PSL team.

The successful candidate will have 7–10 years PQE in Irish Real Estate, be a qualified solicitor in Ireland, and show interest in AI and legal technology.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years PQE in Real Estate transactions in Ireland.
• Qualified solicitor in Ireland.
• Interest in AI and legal tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage know-how: precedents, forms, and online resources.
• Conduct legal and market research; provide clear guidance to fee earners.
• Organise monthly training sessions and knowledge sharing.
• Support fee earners with queries and research.
• Collaborate with international PSLs on know-how sharing.
