Job summary

Achuman Capital, on behalf of a tier-1 national law firm in Dublin, seeks an Associate to join their Real Estate team. You will work on a broad range of real estate matters for a diverse client base across sectors including built environment, energy, technology, and healthcare.

The Associate will advise on real estate finance, construction, acquisitions, disposals, development and energy, while drafting and negotiating relevant documentation.

Qualifications

• PQE of 1–4 years with strong academics.
• Technically excellent real estate knowledge.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of managing a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate issues including finance, construction, acquisitions, disposals, development and energy.
• Draft and negotiate relevant documentation for real estate matters.
• Collaborate with clients such as private equity investors, banks, developers and agencies.

The Associate will work with a range of clients including private equity investors, banks, developers, agencies, and more.
