Whatever challenge, wherever in the world, we’re equipped and ready to meet it. We live our values, we’re purposeful and purpose-led. So although the world is fast-moving and rapidly changing, we see it as a place where everyone can thrive. We’re ambitious for our clients, our communities – and for you. Whether you’re starting out on your career or well established, whether you’re a lawyer or in business services. If you’re looking for what’s next, we are too.

We have one of the largest full service Real Estate teams of any global law practice and are consistently ranked in directories worldwide. We act for 62 of the FTSE 100, 58 of the Fortune 100 and 92 of the Fortune 200 and are also on the panels of 25 major international banks and several hundred global companies.

Our Dublin Real Estate team is a standout in the Irish market, recognised for its strength and depth and regularly advising on some of the most significant commercial property transactions in Ireland. Working closely with our international network, the team combines strong local expertise with global reach, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to clients across all aspects of real estate.

Our Global PSL team

The PSL team provides technical and strategic advice to client teams, works on client knowledge solutions, develops and delivers learning and development opportunities for all levels of qualification, provides updates on developments in law and practice as well as knowledge management.

You will benefit from the support and collaboration of our established UK Real Estate PSL team, providing access to a wider network of expertise, shared know-how and best practice across a leading international platform.

Role and key responsibilities

The PSL supports the Real Estate group across all areas of knowledge, including precedents, guidance notes, process documents, current awareness, training (face to face and online), know-how and supporting clients with training and horizon scanning services.

This is a part-time role (3/4 days per week) and an excellent opportunity for an experienced Real Estate PSL, or a senior Real Estate solicitor seeking to transition into a PSL role within a leading Dublin practice, contributing to a full range of knowledge initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing know-how, precedents and standard forms, including drafting, updating, maintaining and disseminating documents and online resources
  • Conducting legal and market research, analysing developments and providing clear guidance to fee earners
  • Monitoring legal and market updates and keeping the practice group informed of key changes
  • Organising and delivering monthly team sessions focused on training and knowledge sharing
  • Supporting fee earners with queries and providing high-quality research and know-how assistance
  • Contributing to marketing and business development, including client briefings, articles, pitches and tenders
  • Managing and developing the team’s know-how database
  • Collaborating with international PSLs to maintain and update the Real Estate Practice Group intranet from a Dublin perspective
  • Preparing and maintaining practice notes, process documents, precedents and related materials (including first mark‑ups and updates)
  • Collaborating with international offices on know-how sharing and regulatory developments
  • Supporting client relationships by identifying and sharing relevant legal and market insights
  • Participating in firmwide PSL and knowledge projects
Skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • 7-10 years PQE transactional experience in Real Estate, with strong expertise in Irish Real Estate law and technical proficiency in the area
  • Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland
  • An interest in AI, digital innovation and the use of legal technology platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision‑making with an ability to push through projects
  • Willingness to work co‑operatively as part of a team and contribute to the smooth running of the department
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Have an excellent academic background
