Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is actively recruiting Rapid Responders to cover Drogheda and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering compassionate personal and practical care, helping clients maintain independence and dignity in their daily lives.

Applicants should have QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person (or be studying) and a valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate. A driving license and access to a car are preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and empathy are essential.
• Dependable and attentive with a strong commitment to high-quality care.
• Excellent communication with clients and support team.
• Ability to work independently and follow policies and safety standards.
• Care experience is desirable.
• QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person or currently studying.
