Connected Health Group Limited is seeking a Rapid Response Healthcare Assistant to deliver urgent, hands-on care in clients’ homes across Ireland. You’ll step into new care packages, keep clients safe, and support independence with compassionate, proactive care.

QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required, with 1+ year homecare experience; a driving licence and car are essential for travel between clients. The role offers competitive pay, mileage, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of homecare experience in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care required.
• Driving licence and car are essential for client visits.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Shadow staff to ensure Health & Safety policies are followed.
• Rapid response to emergencies and new care packages.
• Evaluate care quality and report concerns to area manager.
• Collect and check journal notes from clients' homes.
• Deliver Care plans, log sheets, gloves to clients' homes.
• Deliver PPE as required.
