Qualifications

• Experience in homecare (1+ year in Ireland).
• QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent, hands-on care in clients' homes.
• Support new care packages and ensure safety, comfort and independence.
• Maintain accurate notes, reports and care plans.
