Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Rail Engineer to contribute across the full project lifecycle, from concept to handover. You will work across disciplines to develop buildable, compliant solutions, navigate client requirements and operational railway constraints, and support project delivery with clear technical input.

You will engage in design assurance, constructability reviews, and collaboration with project managers and specialists to manage interfaces and ensure safety and quality across rail

Formación

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in rail engineering across design, construction or assurance.
• Understanding of interfaces in an operational railway environment.
• Experience producing and reviewing technical information.
• Strong communication across disciplines.
• Commitment to safe design, quality and professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review engineering deliverables (calculations, specifications, drawings, reports).
• Coordinate with track, civils, structures, stations, systems, electrification, signalling, utilities and operations.
• Support surveys, site inspections, constructability reviews and handover information.
• Define scope, estimate effort, monitor progress and communicate technical risks.
