Qualifications

• 6 years post-qualification experience ideally.
• Management experience ideally.
• Knowledge of Standards in Radiography, Legislation, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Developments in Radiography.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proven people management skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the department as a team leader.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies and procedures.
• Support professional clinical model and staff development.
• Contribute to strategic planning for the department.
• Plan, schedule and allocate staff workload efficiently.
• Oversee inventory, equipment and supplies maintenance.
• Monitor resource use and financial aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation for billing and payments.
