Job summary

Alliance Medical are recruiting for a Medical Administrator to join our busy team at our centre in Smithfield, Dublin 7. This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) with working hours Monday to Friday, 7:30am–8:00pm.

The successful candidate will confirm radiology appointments, update systems, manage calls, and be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm radiology appointments.
• Update patient records and internal booking systems.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout visits.
• Coordinate with radiology and clinical staff for smooth operations.
• Explain examinations to reassure patients.
