Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced engineer to support and optimize Rack Power infrastructure in our data centers. You will diagnose complex power distribution issues and guide escalation with service owners and hardware teams to ensure reliability and high availability.

Key responsibilities include proactive monitoring, design reviews, and building tools/scripts to improve incident response and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities such as data centers or power generation.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and support large-scale power distributed systems.
• Collaborate with service owners and hardware design teams to resolve hardware issues.
• Improve operational efficiency through root cause analysis, metrics, and documentation.
