Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled professional in Ireland to support accounting, finance operations or administrative processes within a dynamic team. The role focuses on accurate transaction processing, month-end activities and KPI-driven reporting.

You will collaborate with a team to ensure compliance with procedures and continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a business-related Bachelor's, strong Excel skills and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or administrative processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• English proficiency: B2-C1.
• Experience working with KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting and administrative transactions accurately and within established SLAs and KPIs.
• Verify required approvals and compliance with established procedures and policies.
• Prepare and report daily operational metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Perform month-end related activities.
• Analyze and communicate operational information to management.
• Handle internal customer service requests and follow established escalation procedures.
• Support process improvements and implementation of best practices.
• Provide process guidance and training to team members.
• Support the Team Lead with operational activities as needed.
