Job summary

PwC Ireland seeks an R&D Incentives Manager/Senior Manager to lead a 20-person team delivering R&D incentive programs for technology and engineering clients across Ireland. You will mentor juniors, build strong client relationships, and shape service offerings while guiding digital tool adoption.

You will develop expertise in a fast-growing field with exposure to varied industries, from startups to multinationals, in a flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience within industry or professional services.
• Strong verbal and written communication, especially in report writing.
• Good relationship management - ability to read situations and build diverse relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Strong digital and technical skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good mentoring skills and teamwork.
• Ambitious with commitment to self-development and progression.
• Energetic and creative with ability to present new ideas and value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Being a key member of the R&D Incentives management group working on a challenging, varied technology and engineering client portfolio.
• Engaging with client engineers at the cutting edge of R&D and delivering high-value incentives.
• Assisting the team in managing client relationships and delivering R&D Incentive programs.
• Collaborating with the team to grow the business and enhance service offerings, building your portfolio within the team strategy.
• Driving digital transformation and adoption of digital tools to improve processes and efficiency.
