Job summary

Arcon Recruitment Services is seeking a Research & Development Engineer in Co. Mayo. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to grow within a leading manufacturing and engineering company.

The successful candidate will support R&D projects, work collaboratively with teams, and must have a degree in a related engineering discipline with at least 1 year's relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in engineering, manufacturing, or R&D preferred.
• Candidates with relevant project work, internships, or placements will also be considered.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support research and development projects from concept through to implementation.
• Assist with product design, testing, and validation activities.
• Conduct technical investigations and feasibility studies.
