Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to manage a range of building projects to schedule and budget. Based in South Dublin, you will work within a collaborative team on retail, residential, commercial and healthcare developments across Ireland.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying with 3+ years’ experience in a consultancy or developer environment. Excellent salary packages, APC support, and hybrid working are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised program.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cost consultancy, multidisciplinary or developer environment.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong IT and analytical skills.

Job description

A leading construction cost consultancy in Dublin is seeking to recruit experienced Quantity Surveyors to join the team. The successful Quantity Surveyors will work closely within a collaborative team and manage a range of building projects to schedule, within budget and to the highest standard.

Based in South Dublin with convenient accessibility by buses, train or car.

They are currently working on a range of retail, residential, commercial, industrial, educational, leisure and healthcare developments both in Dublin and across Ireland for both public and private sector clients.

The successful Quantity Surveyors must be qualified to degree level and 3-5 years quantity surveying experience within a consultancy OR developer environment in Ireland or the UK. Excellent salary packages along with career progression and full support to complete APC’s.

Experience required:

• Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying
• At least 3 years’ experience within a cost consultancy, multidisciplinary or developer environment
• Thorough understanding of the Irish construction industry
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work to clients
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland

Salary & Benefits:

• €55k-€75k Neg. depending on experience
