Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our ENW/Advisory Portfolio across Cork and Dublin. You will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and contribute to commercial management on clean, waste-water and environmental projects.

Based in Cork or Dublin with flexibility to travel to client sites and other MM offices, you will help manage budgets, risks, and monthly payments, while mentoring junior team members in a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Essential degree qualification and professional approach.
• Able to work autonomously within a larger team.
• Strong IT skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, cost reporting and monthly variances.
• Lead risk management, claims and payments processing.
• Advise on commercial strategy and contract administration.
• Mentor junior team members and support project governance.
