Job summary

Thetrupgrade is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Natural Resources team in Dublin. You will assist in commercial issues and develop junior staff while ensuring adherence to procedures. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics is required, along with the goal of becoming a Chartered QS.

Qualifications

• On route to being Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MSCI) or equivalent.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Relevant competency skills cards expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the Senior & Managing QS on commercial issues.
• Encourage a culture of commercial awareness within the team.
• Ensure adherence to group procedures and governance.
• Prepare internal commercial reports and valuations.
• Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities.
