Job summary

Egmont in Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a delivery-focused commercial team, handling high-value construction and fit-out projects across commercial offices, pharma and life sciences facilities, data centres, and interior fit-outs.

You will manage budgets, cost plans, procurement of subcontract packages, valuations and final accounts, and collaborate closely with Project Managers and site teams to drive strong commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Background in commercial construction, fit-out, pharma or similar sectors
• Strong contractual and commercial awareness
• Excellent reporting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join a delivery-focused commercial team in Dublin, working on high-value construction and fit-out projects across sectors including:

Commercial offices & CAT A / CAT B fit-outs

Pharmaceutical & life sciences facilities

Data centres & advanced manufacturing

High-spec interiors and mission-critical environments

The Role

Full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account

Requirements
