OCS is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join the Hard FM Projects team in Dublin. You will oversee the financial and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring robust commercial controls, accurate pricing, and timely cost reporting.
The role requires close collaboration with contract management across operations, capital projects and commercial workstreams. You will work on Tier 1 to 3 projects, attend site meetings with Project Managers, and support timely applications for payment while

- Bid management and support for commercial content on business development activities.
- Review contracts and ensure flow-down of scope, price and programme to supply chain.
- Prepare and submit detailed commercial plans and variations with supporting documentation.
