Job summary

Zircoe in Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our leading construction contracting team. You will manage project costs from inception to completion, preparing budgets and forecasts, and coordinating with clients and engineers to deliver strong financial outcomes.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, 3+ years in construction, and proficient use of estimating software. SCSI/RICS membership or progress toward it is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• 3+ years' experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Full Irish driving licence.
• SCSI/RICS membership (or working towards).
• Experience with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Managing project costs from inception to completion.
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets and forecasts.
• Managing subcontractor procurement and valuations.
• Negotiating variations and final accounts.
• Producing accurate commercial reports.
• Identifying project risks and commercial opportunities.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Clients.
