Jones Engineering in Cork is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our delivery team. You will support the construction team across a range of projects including data centres, healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial sectors.
The role offers exposure to varied contracts and close collaboration with Contract Managers. The position requires solid IT skills and experience as a QS, with a track record in managing subcontractor accounts, variations, and progress applications.

Due to continued expansion in Jones Engineering, we require a Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team. The projects involve a wide range of clients in sectors such as Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Commercial. This role offers experience of varied project work across different sectors and exposure to a diverse range of construction contracts.
To provide support to Construction Team and Senior Quantity Surveyor on all Quantity Surveying functions including, but not limited to the following:
