Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Strong commercial and cost management experience.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages and final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of valuations, payment applications and cost reporting.
• Ability to complete detailed take-offs, cost plans and forecasts.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Pharma, MEP or industrial project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project costs, labour and commercial performance.
• Prepare monthly valuations, payment certificates and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
• Assess variations, claims and contractual exposure.
• Track project progress and report commercial risks.
• Work closely with the project and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure accurate commercial documentation and reporting.
