Job summary

Trevett Services is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) based in Dublin to oversee commercial aspects on European Data Centre projects. You will manage tender opportunities and coordinate with the procurement team to build a reliable supply chain across countries.

The role requires prior senior QS experience, a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and the ability to handle multi-country, time-sensitive project streams with occasional travel.

• Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Quantity Surveyor (M&E) - Data Centres

Dublin based €80k - €110k + Senior benefits

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to have commercial oversight on all large Projects across their European Data Centre portfolio.

Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors to support projects across the regions, the Quantity Surveyor (M&E) will work with the Procurement Team to build up quality, reliable Supply Chain in each country, for each discipline. Based in Dublin, with very occasional travel to regional European hubs (1 / 2 times per month), projects typically range in value €500k - €15m.

Additional Key Responsibilities

• Manage/deliver all commercial aspects of tender project opportunities across Europe.


• Assist all Project Personnel as a QS function for commercial oversight on Project Costs.


• Carryout all Pre-Contract and Post Contract duties.

About you

• You will have previously held senior positions: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager


• You will be qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering


• Experience of managing multi-country time-sensitive project streams (Data Centres)
