Job summary

Trevett Services is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) based in Dublin to oversee commercial aspects on European Data Centre projects. You will manage tender opportunities and coordinate with the procurement team to build a reliable supply chain across countries.

The role requires prior senior QS experience, a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and the ability to handle multi-country, time-sensitive project streams with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Senior positions previously held: QS / Cost Manager.
• Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience managing multi-country, time-sensitive project streams (Data Centres).

Responsibilities

• Manage/deliver all commercial aspects of tender opportunities across Europe.
• Provide QS oversight on project costs to project personnel.
• Carry out pre-contract and post-contract duties.
