The role involves taking off material quantities, handling pre- and post-contract activities, and managing subcontractors, with English and Mandarin communication to liaise with clients and vendors. Central location; 5-day week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related.
• Open to fresh graduates; training provided.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Quantities & Estimating: Take off material quantities accurately from drawings and assist with sales inquiries and tender preparations.
• Pre & Post-Contract Management: Handle project costing, quotations, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Evaluate quotations, prepare contract documents, and assess subcontractor claims.
• Procurement & Compliance: Coordinate resource planning, vendor sourcing, and handle pre-construction authority approvals.
