Are you a dynamic Quantity Surveyor looking for your next opportunity to make a lasting impact? Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking property developer specializing in medium-sized residential and mixed-use projects, is seeking a proactive and commercially-minded professional to join their growing team.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a progressive developer known for delivering quality projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of multiple developments, ensuring cost control, value engineering, and procurement excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for medium-scale development projects.
• Manage all phases of project costing from initial feasibility to final account settlement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships effectively.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress against financial plans.
• Prepare tender documentation and assess subcontractor bids.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential or mixed-use development.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, procurement strategies, and cost control processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software for cost management and estimating.
• RICS or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential.
