Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) seeks a Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager to join our National team. The role spans quality governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and service improvement across residential and day services.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 7 degree, with 3–5 years in compliance, and a postgraduate qualification in Quality Management considered an advantage. A full driver’s license and car are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 7 QQI degree in a relevant discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in a compliance management role.
• Experience in risk management and health and safety in social care.
• Auditing experience with quality systems and data-driven decision support.
• Knowledge of HIQA regulations and national policy updates.
• Experience in regulated residential services for people with disabilities.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, risk and compliance activities for the organisation.
• Audit, monitor, and improve service delivery against targets.
• Maintain HIQA regulatory compliance across locations.
• Analyse data to support decision making and progress tracking.
• Coordinate training, vetting, and incident management as required.
