Zusammenfassung

Orchard Community Care is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care across Ireland. The role is a full-time hybrid position based from Sligo or Dublin, with travel to residential services as needed and occasional regional travel.

The successful candidate will implement QA systems, participate in audits, collect and analyse quality data and support governance and policy development.

Qualifikationen

• Third level qualification in health, social care or quality management.
• Experience in social care settings and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent report writing and record-keeping abilities.
• Familiarity with HIQA regulations and inspections.

Aufgaben

• Support implementation and development of quality assurance systems across residential and day services.
• Participate in the annual audit programme and generate detailed audit reports.
• Collaborate with Persons in Charge, Service Managers and Regional Directors to ensure high-quality services.
• Collect, analyse and report on quality data including KPIs, incidents and risks.
• Prepare monthly quality assurance reports and governance documents.
• Support regulatory inspections, registrations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to organisational quality, governance and reporting activities.
• Undertake other duties as required by management.
