You will coordinate audits, manage compliance docs, support continuous improvement, and train staff to uphold best practices.

The role focuses on safeguarding, health and safety, and policy adherence within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• Essential: Relevant third level qualification in Social Care or working towards.
• High proficiency in the use of MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Access compliance according to HIQA regulations and National Standards within HIQA regulated residential locations.
• Guide quality improvement and ongoing development of person-centred services.
• Ensure the service provides a rights-based approach.
• Develop templates to support continuous service improvement and quality of care.
