Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) is recruiting for a Person in Charge to lead our Residential Service in Dunshane, Naas, Co Kildare. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary and access to collaborative learning within a leading national organisation.

You will hold a Level 7 QQI qualification (BA in Social Care Studies or Social Care Management or equivalent) and have at least 3 years’ senior management experience, including strategic planning, with 5 years in

• Level 7 QQI Framework required – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent in Health/Social Care.
• Postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or Management is desirable.
• At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level including strategic planning.
• At least 5 years of experience in health/social care or voluntary sector.
• Competencies to work with persons with an intellectual disability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Residential Service in Dunshane, Naas, Co. Kildare.
• Oversee service delivery, quality, and safeguarding for residents.
• Ensure Garda Vetting and police clearance as required and reference checks.
