Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewer (Spanish Speaker) to join a global operations team. This fully onsite role offers €42,667 per annum, 40 hours per week, and flexible scheduling Mon–Sun 08:00–19:00 with a permanent contract and various start dates.

You will assess complex client workflows, review moderation decisions, and ensure alignment with policies.

We are currently hiring a Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewer (Spanish Speaker) to join a leading global operations team in Dublin City Centre.

This is a fully onsite position (no remote or hybrid option available).
Previous Content Moderation experience is mandatory.

About the Role

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will support the quality assessment of complex client workflows across Global Operations and Global Risk Operations environments.

You will review moderation decisions and ensure alignment with strict policies and quality standards — particularly across nuanced and sensitive content areas.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, cultural awareness, and emotional resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Moderation Quality Reviews including:

• Organizing or threatening violence
• Fraud, theft, vandalism, restricted goods
• Impersonation & privacy violations
• Hate speech & bullying
• Phishing, spam & malware
• Nudity & sexual solicitation
• Other policy-sensitive areas

You must demonstrate strong cultural and political awareness relevant to the supported Spanish-speaking market and apply policies with contextual understanding.

Requirements

Training & Onboarding

4 weeks onsite training in Dublin
No time off allowed during the first 8 weeks (training & ramp-up period)
